The population within in Converse County is approximatley 12,330. This is an increase of 8.3 % since 1990. Converse County's popultion has continuted to grow over the decade. This increase has been due to both a increase in births as well as migration into the county. In 2000, there were 48 births and 31 people that migrated into Converse County. From 2001 to 2002 there were 193 births and 233 people who migrated according to the US Census Bureau. Projections indicate the population will continue to steadly increase.
